Wit's End

Wit's End is a new Equip effect of a Sword item in WoW Forever that does not exist in Classic Era. Its tooltip reads: "Melee attacks have a 15% chance to grant a Clearcasting state, reducing the mana cost of your next damage spell by 100%." The client lists that item without its name or tooltip.
