Tinkerbox: Magnetic Displacement

Tinkerbox: Magnetic Displacement shows the same tooltip in WoW Forever as in Classic Era, but behind it the client changed a value the tooltip never prints on 1 of its 1 effect (1 to 2 to 1). The client does not say what that changes in play. 2 sec cast. It is taught by an Engineering recipe the client lists without its name or tooltip.
