Stun was buffed in WoW Forever: range increased from 5 yd to 100 yd, not graded: effect values changed, tooltip now says "Knocks target silly for 1 sec." and adds "Orcs and Ogres are stunned for 2 times as long.", duration 2 sec to 1 sec. Now 100 yd range, instant cast. It is the Chance on hit effect of a Fist Weapon item the client lists without its name or tooltip. Full tooltip comparison with Classic Era below.
