Starsurge

This is one of several client rows named Starsurge, not the player ability. Looking for the spell you cast? See Starsurge →

Starsurge is unchanged in WoW Forever: the client ships the same tooltip as Classic Era. Its tooltip reads: "Gain the Starsurge ability: Launch surging stellar energies that cause level-scaled Arcane damage, and increases the damage done by your next 1 Starfire cast by 80% for 15 sec. Starsurge benefits from and triggers most talents and effects that trigger or benefit from Wrath or Starfire."

Starsurge tooltip, the same in Classic Era and WoW Forever

The same tooltip in both clients: every line the Forever client ships matches Classic Era.
