Sniper Training, a Hunter Pants rune, was changed in WoW Forever: effect values changed, tooltip now says "When you have not moved for the last 1 sec, you have a 20% chance to gain Sniper's Aim, stacking up to 5 times." and "Sniper's Aim increases the critical strike chance of your Shot abilities by 2%." and drops "While moving, you will lose 1 stack per sec."
