Silence shows the same tooltip in WoW Forever as in Classic Era, but behind it the client changed effect parameters the tooltip never prints on 1 of its 1 effect, and moved internal columns the tooltip does not show (baseLevel 60 to 0). The client does not say what that changes in play. 30 Mana, 20 yd range, instant cast. It is the Chance on hit effect of a Sword item the client lists without its name or tooltip.
