Scarlet Bastion

Scarlet Bastion shows the same tooltip in WoW Forever as in Classic Era, but behind it the client changed the effect type on 1 of its 1 effect, and moved internal columns the tooltip does not show (spellLevel 1 to 0). The client does not say what that changes in play. Instant cast. It is the Use effect of a Shield item the client lists without its name or tooltip.
