Obsidian Scope

This is one of several client rows named Obsidian Scope, not the player ability. Looking for the spell you cast? See Obsidian Scope →

Obsidian Scope, the Use effect of a Consumable item, is unchanged in WoW Forever: the client ships the same tooltip as Classic Era. Its tooltip reads: "Attaches a permanent scope to a bow or gun that increases its damage by 10." 3 sec cast. The client lists that item without its name or tooltip.

Obsidian Scope tooltip, the same in Classic Era and WoW Forever

The same tooltip in both clients: every line the Forever client ships matches Classic Era.
