Nightmarish Power

Nightmarish Power is unchanged in WoW Forever: its tooltip matches Classic Era, and the client only changed internal columns the tooltip does not show (base level 50 to 0). Instant cast. It is the Use effect of a Consumable item the client lists without its name or tooltip.
