Minor Haste

Minor Haste shows the same tooltip in WoW Forever as in Classic Era, but behind it the client changed the effect type on 2 of its 2 effects, and moved internal columns the tooltip does not show (durationIndex 21 to 0). The client does not say what that changes in play.
