Lightning's Cell

Lightning's Cell is unchanged in WoW Forever: its tooltip matches Classic Era, and the client only changed internal columns the tooltip does not show (base level 63 to 0). It is the Equip effect of a Trinket item the client lists without its name or tooltip.
