Haste shows the same tooltip in WoW Forever as in Classic Era, but behind it the client changed the effect type on 1 of its 1 effect, and moved internal columns the tooltip does not show (baseLevel 45 to 0). The client does not say what that changes in play. Instant cast. It is the Chance on hit effect of 2 Mace items the client lists without their names or tooltips.
