Gri'lek's Guard

Gri'lek's Guard shows the same tooltip in WoW Forever as in Classic Era, but behind it the client changed the effect type on 1 of its 2 effects. The client does not say what that changes in play. Instant cast. It is the Use effect of a Trinket item the client lists without its name or tooltip.
