Ghost Wolf

This is one of several client rows named Ghost Wolf, not the player ability. Looking for the spell you cast? See Ghost Wolf →

Ghost Wolf is unchanged in WoW Forever: the client ships the same tooltip as Classic Era. Its tooltip reads: "Teaches Ghost Wolf (Rank 2)." 3 sec cast.

Ghost Wolf tooltip, the same in Classic Era and WoW Forever

The same tooltip in both clients: every line the Forever client ships matches Classic Era.

This is a trainer "learn" spell (game effect type Learn Spell): the client entry a trainer uses to teach this rank, not the castable ability itself. Blizzard ships it under the same name and rank as the spell it grants, so it appears as a separate same-named entry.
