Frightalon was buffed in WoW Forever: cast time reduced from 1 sec to instant, range increased from 30 yd to 100 yd, not graded: effect values changed, tooltip now says "Increase the duration of Fear effects applied to the target by 25% for 1 min.", buff text now says "Duration of Fear effects on the target are increased by 25%." Now 100 yd range, instant cast. It is the Chance on hit effect of 2 Dagger items the client lists without their names or tooltips. Full tooltip comparison with Classic Era below.
