Frenzied Assault is unchanged in WoW Forever: the client ships the same tooltip as Classic Era. Its tooltip reads: "Gain the Frenzied Assault ability: While wielding 2-handed weapons, your attack speed is increased by 30% and your successful melee hits generate 2 additional Rage, or 4 additional Rage if they are critical hits."
