Enchanted Prayer Tome, the Equip effect of a Relic item, is unchanged in WoW Forever: the client ships the same tooltip as Classic Era. Its tooltip reads: "Increases the amount healed by your Holy Light and Flash of Light spells by 3%." The client lists that item without its name or tooltip.
