En Garde!

Other versions of En Garde!: all 2 versions ยท #1231267

En Garde! shows the same tooltip in WoW Forever as in Classic Era, but behind it the client changed the effect type on 1 of its 2 effects, and moved internal columns the tooltip does not show (baseLevel 63 to 0). The client does not say what that changes in play. Instant cast.
