Dreamstate

This is one of several client rows named Dreamstate, not the player ability. Looking for the spell you cast? See Dreamstate →

Dreamstate is unchanged in WoW Forever: the client ships the same tooltip as Classic Era. Its tooltip reads: "Gain the Dreamstate ability: Your damaging non-periodic spell critical strikes grant you 50% of your mana regeneration while casting for 8 sec."

Dreamstate tooltip, the same in Classic Era and WoW Forever

The same tooltip in both clients: every line the Forever client ships matches Classic Era.
