Dodge shows the same tooltip in WoW Forever as in Classic Era, but behind it the client changed a value the tooltip never prints on 1 of its 1 effect (1 to 6 to 0 to 6), and moved internal columns the tooltip does not show (baseLevel 1 to 0). The client does not say what that changes in play.
