Displacement is unchanged in WoW Forever: the client ships the same tooltip as Classic Era. Its tooltip reads: "Gain the Displacement ability: Teleports back to where you last cast Blink from and resets the cooldown on Blink. Only usable within 10 sec of casting Blink."
