Defense of the Dragonflights

Defense of the Dragonflights is unchanged in WoW Forever: its tooltip matches Classic Era, and the client only changed internal columns the tooltip does not show (base level 60 to 0). Instant cast. It is the Use effect of a Shield item the client lists without its name or tooltip.
