Cripple shows the same tooltip in WoW Forever as in Classic Era, but behind it the client changed the effect type on 1 of its 3 effects, and moved internal columns the tooltip does not show (baseLevel 60 to 0). The client does not say what that changes in play. 210 Mana, 30 yd range, instant cast, 30 sec cooldown.
