Condemnation

Condemnation is unchanged in WoW Forever: its tooltip matches Classic Era, and the client only changed internal columns the tooltip does not show (base level 1 to 0; spell level 1 to 0). It is the Equip effect of a Staff item the client lists without its name or tooltip.
