Cat Form (Passive)

Cat Form (Passive), a Druid Feral Combat ability, shows the same tooltip in WoW Forever as in Classic Era, but behind it the client changed a value the tooltip never prints on 1 of its 8 effects (40 to 12), added 6 effects, and moved internal columns the tooltip does not show (baseLevel 20 to 6; durationIndex 21 to 0; spellLevel 20 to 6). The client does not say what that changes in play. Requires level 6.
