Attack Power 200

Attack Power 200 shows the same tooltip in WoW Forever as in Classic Era, but behind it the client changed a value the tooltip never prints on 1 of its 2 effects (20 to 200), and moved internal columns the tooltip does not show (durationIndex 21 to 0). The client does not say what that changes in play.
