Scroll of Protection II shows the same tooltip in WoW Forever as in Classic Era, but its Use spell changed behind it: the client changed the effect type on 1 of its 1 effect, and moved internal columns the tooltip does not show (baseLevel 25 to 0; filled in its cooldown columns, no cooldown on either side). The client also re-filed it from Consumable to Scrolls. The client does not say what that changes in play. Item level 25 Common consumable, requires level 15.
