Horde Battle Standard

Horde Battle Standard is unchanged in WoW Forever: its tooltip matches Classic Era, and the client only re-filed from Consumable to Other and stored its item level placeholder as 1 (Classic Era 0; neither is a level the tooltip shows). Item level 1 Common consumable.
