Drawing Kit

Drawing Kit shows the same tooltip in WoW Forever as in Classic Era, but its Use spell changed behind it: the client changed the effect type on 1 of its 1 effect. The client also stored its item level placeholder as 1 (Classic Era 0; neither is a level the tooltip shows). The client does not say what that changes in play. Item level 1 Common quest.
