Armor +40, Stamina +5

2 different WoW Forever spells share the name Armor +40, Stamina +5, 1 of them new. Each is a separate effect with its own tooltip; pick the one you mean to compare it with Classic Era.

• Armor +40, Stamina +5 #19057 changed Permanently increase the Stamina value by 5 and armor value by 40 of an item worn on the chest, legs, hands or feet. Only usable on items level 35 and above.
• Armor +40, Stamina +5 #1254771 added Permanently increase the Stamina value by 5 and armor value by 40 of an item worn on the chest, legs, hands or feet. Only usable on items level 35 and above.
