Armor +24, Stamina +3

2 different WoW Forever spells share the name Armor +24, Stamina +3, 1 of them new. Each is a separate effect with its own tooltip; pick the one you mean to compare it with Classic Era.

• Armor +24, Stamina +3 #2833 changed Permanently increase the Stamina value by 3 and armor value by 24 of an item worn on the chest, legs, hands or feet. Only usable on items level 15 and above.
• Armor +24, Stamina +3 #1254747 added Permanently increase the Stamina value by 3 and armor value by 24 of an item worn on the chest, legs, hands or feet. Only usable on items level 15 and above.
